Wilson Bilkovich My favorite track? Roll 1d8 please. Amongst the top death metal releases, and it came so late to the party! Favorite track: Side D - The Dream And The Waking / By Moon And Star.

Igor Mokin This is a perfect metal band. Even better in vinyl mix, hell yeah!
The inspiration behind these riffs and melodies must be truly formidable, this band is uniquely good at composing music. What's more, Be'lakor sounds like Be'lakor, they do not copy or imitate other metal bands, and somehow their music remains immediate and not contrived. There is also a lot of classically inspired melodies and harmonies on this album, which makes for interesting re-listens. Favorite track: Side D - The Dream And The Waking / By Moon And Star.

about

Originally released in June 2012. Re-mastered for vinyl by Joseph Carra at Crystal Mastering, Melbourne, Australia - March 2016.

‘...the most important Melodeath album of 2012...' (Metal.de)

Three years since the release of the acclaimed Stone’s Reach, Australian melodic death metal act BE’LAKOR have returned with their highly anticipated third full-length album, Of Breath and Bone. Mixed and mastered by renowned engineer Jens Bogren (OPETH, SOILWORK, AMON AMARTH), Of Breath and Bone weaves a stunning tapestry of searing melodies and despondent moods through stories of decay, dreams and mortal failure.
